Looking for Inclusive Patient Strategy Consulting? Look no further.

Who am I?

Dr. Añuli Okoye-Oyibo, Pharm.D. is a clinical pharmacist, consultant, and trusted strategist helping healthcare organizations turn DEI commitments into meaningful, measurable action.

Through her consulting practice, Ahokos, Dr. Okoye-Oyibo partners with healthcare companies and organizations to build patient education, engagement, and inclusion strategies that actually work — strategies grounded in clinical accuracy, cultural intelligence, and the lived realities of the patients you serve.

A graduate of Albany College of Pharmacy, with over four years of clinical training at institutions including Kings County Hospital and Metropolitan Hospital, her expertise sits at a rare intersection: clinical training in pharmacy, women’s health, and reproductive medicine, paired with a deep understanding of the structural gaps that leave historically underserved communities behind.

With more than 10 years of experience working with diverse populations, Dr. Okoye-Oyibo brings particular expertise in serving individuals with disabilities, rural communities, older adults, and racially and ethnically diverse populations. Her commitment to equitable care is further strengthened by advanced DEI training from Harvard Business School, allowing her to approach inclusion with both clinical rigor and strategic insight.

Dr. Okoye-Oyibo specializes in translating complex clinical information into patient-facing education that diverse populations can trust, understand, and act on. She helps organizations move beyond surface-level DEI efforts and design materials and initiatives that authentically reflect the communities they serve.

If your organization is committed to equitable healthcare — and ready to build the frameworks to prove it — Dr. Okoye-Oyibo brings the clinical expertise, cultural insight, and strategic clarity to help you get there.
